The founder is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in real estate accounting and financial operations, complemented by earlier experience as a financial analyst in the food and beverage industry and a controller in a pre-IPO start-up software company. He has managed complex real estate portfolios across residential, retail, industrial, medical, office and development sectors, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization on multiple basis of accounting and for multiple clients including large financial institutions, private equity, investment funds, and REITs.
He earned an MBA in finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with a major in accounting and a minor in economics from York University. He holds a CPA designation in the state of Illinois, where he was previously licensed. He is a longtime member of the AICPA. He has completed Harvard leadership training and taught financial analysis and accounting at the university level.
